Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ('AUP') describes activities that are not allowed on Tamo Design. It is part of our Terms of Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it, with or without notice.
1. Illegal content and activity
You must not use the Service to create, store or distribute content that is illegal in Poland, the EU or in any jurisdiction where the content will be shown. This includes child sexual abuse material, content that incites terrorism or violence, and content that infringes intellectual property rights.
2. Harassment, hate and harm
No content that harasses, threatens, defames or dehumanises individuals or groups based on protected characteristics. No content that promotes self-harm, eating disorders or suicide.
3. Deception and impersonation
No deepfakes or synthetic media of real people without their consent. No impersonation of public figures, employees, or other businesses in a way likely to deceive. AI-generated ads must not falsely claim endorsements.
4. Sensitive and regulated categories
Extra restrictions apply to ads for adult content, gambling, alcohol, tobacco, cannabis, weapons, financial services, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, political advertising, and crypto assets. You are responsible for complying with applicable advertising laws and platform policies on Meta, TikTok, YouTube and similar networks.
5. Privacy of others
Do not upload personal data of individuals without a lawful basis. Do not use the Service to scrape personal data, to track individuals without consent, or to build biometric profiles.
6. Security and integrity
No probing, scanning or testing the vulnerability of the Service without prior written permission. No reverse engineering models, circumventing rate limits, or using the Service to train competing AI models. No malware, phishing or spam distribution.
7. Fair use of credits and infrastructure
Automated abuse, credit-card testing, account farming, sharing credentials at scale and reselling raw API access without a written agreement are prohibited.
8. Reporting abuse
To report a violation of this AUP, please email [email protected] with details and links. We review every report and respond within 5 business days.
9. Enforcement
Depending on severity, we may warn the account, remove offending content, throttle usage, suspend or terminate the account, refuse refunds, and report illegal activity to authorities.
