Refund Policy

If you are a new customer, you can request a full refund of your first paid plan or credit pack within 14 days of purchase, provided you have used less than 25% of the credits included. After 14 days, or once 25% of credits are used, this guarantee no longer applies.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless required by law. Unused credits remain available until the end of the paid period.

For annual plans, we offer a pro-rata refund of unused full months if you cancel due to a material defect in the Service that we cannot resolve within 30 days. Please contact [email protected] to request this.

We do not refund: (a) credits already consumed by AI generation; (b) plans cancelled after the 14-day window; (c) purchases made with promotional codes or trial credits; (d) accounts terminated for breach of our Acceptable Use Policy.

Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account. Include the invoice number, the reason for the request and any supporting details. We typically respond within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we will almost always be able to resolve billing issues directly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery of associated fees.

If you are an EU consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from a distance contract. By starting to use generated AI content during this period you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once the digital content has been supplied, in accordance with Art. 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive.
